EXPERIENCE

Product Manager

Infinitus Systems November 2022 - October 2023, San Francisco, CA

● Drove strategy and execution of roadmap to automate core product offering, synthesizing specialized expertise in ML, NLP, linguistics, and healthcare; led to increase in automation rate from 0% to over 85% for highest revenue generating SKUs in Q2/FY23.
●  Resolved critical data quality issues within Q2/FY23 and through Q3/FY 23 by discovering root causes via extensive data analytics using bigquery (SQL), sigma (BI), and large language models (LLM) to recover >$6M in revenue.
●  Coached junior PMs and led alignment across multiple teams to set measurable objectives using OKR framework; established and tracked KPIs on call volume, human vs. automation handle time, human vs. automation accuracy, and more; organizationally more than half of objectives met or exceeded targets in Q2/FY23.

●  Managed a portfolio of 3 products under a central product strategy that generates $90M+ in ARR.
●  Planned and executed A/B tests to improve engagement, user performance, and new feature adoption, resulting in an avg. 16% increase in overall conversion rate for releases through Q1/FY22-Q2/FY22; also resulted in a 34% drop in customer support ticket submissions after new releases.
●  Conducted user research with the product designer to discover and resolve workflow inefficiency pain point that led to a 21% increase in medical coder performance, which translated to an increase of customer ROI by 9% (~$1M).

Parley Pro September 2020 - October 2021, San Mateo, CA

●  As the first and only product hire, orchestrated end to end product development lifecycle for a Contract Lifecycle Management B2B SaaS company that had SMB + enterprise clients with >50,000 users; led the product to 2.5x growth in ARR and 0% churn in Q3/FY20 - Q3/FY21.
●  Collaborated with AI/ML specialists to develop NLP-driven features - entity extraction and clause identification - e.g., by leading a team to manually create minimum viable datasets via prodi.gy annotation to train our document review model.
●  Structured roadmaps based on product vision, general market research, user feedback, competitive analysis, independent reports, usage metrics, and experimentation to drive alignment and execution across globalcross-functional teams, executive management, core stakeholders, and prospective customers.
